The harvest of Gray Pistachios is done one month before other pistachios. It stands out from its counterparts with its unique lush green colour, intense pistachio taste and aromatic flavor.
We spread the gray pistachios we collected in the first harvest between the crispy layers and covered them with delicious Altınmarka chocolate. This is how we prepared the one-of-a-kind Gofrik.
