How Can I Start the Return Process?

Return Conditions:

All returns must be made without damaging the original box and packaging (protection band) of the product.

The original product invoice must be sent along with the return/exchange notification.

Electronic products and mobile phones are under the warranty of the authorized service. After the problem with the product or the defective goods are documented by the authorized service, we accept the return together with all its accessories. For mobile phone products, the box of the product is opened in order to stamp the warranty certificate inside the box and the original packaging is delivered open.

After the electronic products that require installation are opened by authorized service personnel, a detection report must be filled out if any damage/defect/defect is detected. Return/exchange cannot be made for products that do not have a detection report or that have been opened outside the control of the authorized service.

Products delivered with a cargo document must be opened in the presence of the cargo officer. There is no damage, opening, impact, wetness, etc. on the outer packaging of the product. However, if the product is damaged, the current situation must be signed by both parties in a report. The cargo officer is obliged to give 1 copy of the report to the customer. The product damage assessment report and the original invoice must be sent together with the return/exchange notification.

Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal is Not Valid

  • The price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets. Products or services that have changed and are not under the control of the seller are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • Products that are produced specifically for you or modified in line with your personal requests are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • Products that are perishable or may expire are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health or hygiene and whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery are not considered within the scope of return/exchange. (Underwear, swimwear, bikini, personal care, cosmetic products, etc.)
  • Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • If the packaging is opened after the delivery of the product, books, digital content and computer consumables presented in tangible form are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • Except for those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • Products related to accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and leisure time that must be done on a certain date or period are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • Services performed instantly electronically or intangible products delivered instantly are not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
  • Sending daily consumption items such as food and beverages to the consumer's home or workplace within the framework of the seller's regular deliveries is not considered within the scope of return/exchange.
