After the milk is hygienically collected in milk collection centers located in various regions, it is cooled in the cooling tanks in these centers without breaking the cold chain. It is delivered to the factory by vehicles carrying double-walled tanks. Production is carried out under hygienic conditions.
A closed area of 30,000 m2 with high technological equipment and high level of hygienic conditions, where milk with unique characteristics of the Çanakkale Ezine region is processed. 300 tons of milk is processed daily in the factory.
