The important feature of the gourmet product is that it has less water and more fat. It is selected from thin-skinned and small-seeded olives that are carefully grown in the Southern Marmara Region and maintain their freshness. Gourmet olives, which we ripen with completely natural methods, kept in dry press for at least 3 days during the production stage, are produced with more than 65 years of knowledge and experience.
