For a good pilaf you will prepare with Knorr Bouillon,
Roast 2 cups (350 gr.) of washed rice with 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of oil. To pour over it, dissolve 2 Knorr broth tablets in 3 glasses (600 ml.) of hot water. Then add this mixture to your rice. Cook your rice over low heat and covered. After absorbing the water completely, turn off the heat and leave it to brew. Serve hot.
