Cooking suggestion: Pınar Squids are washed in water and after defrosting, excess water is squeezed and coated in flour (excess flour on the rings is shaken off). It is fried for 1.5-2 minutes in a deep fryer preheated to 180°C, with the lid of the fryer open, and after frying, it is waited for 30 seconds for the oil to drain, then placed on a plate and served (if desired, the frying process can be done by dividing the squid into 2 portions.)
