1. Returns for Defective Products

2. Non-Returnable Products

According to the law, returns or exchanges of food products in good condition are not allowed if:

  • The product has been opened or used after delivery.
  • The product has a short shelf life (e.g., fresh meat, dairy products, baked goods).
  • The product was damaged due to customer handling.

3. Return Timeframes

Customers must notify of any defects and submit a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may be declined.
